Lee County Government policy requires that anyone seeking to have files uploaded, displayed, or used for presentation in any way during any part of a Board of Commissioners meeting submit those files in advance using this form. All file submissions are due to the Lee County Clerk to the Board via this form on the Friday prior to the actual meeting date. Doing this allows the Clerk to work with the County IT department to get the files loaded properly. Additionally, network security policy prevents the use of external storage devices such as USB flash drives, hard drives, etc. Failure to submit this form according to the instructions provided will result in the inability to display your presentation.
